Floating Ball Valves
Floating ball valves have a low torque and quarter turn rotation, with low flow resistance and suitable for many process and ON-OFF services.
The valves have a straight configuration typical of the sliding closure method.
Most of our floating ball valves have resilient seats, usually PTFE and Nylon, which can provide a perfect seal but limit the maximum operating temperature and make the valve unsuitable for abrasive services (where soft seats are easily damaged by hard particles).
